The Colour of Dreams: Art, Nature and Sharing alongside Arca di Noè
Last Saturday, we experienced a special afternoon filled with creativity, connection and participation during the fundraising event organised by Arca di Noè in support of the Scuola di Lingua delle Donne.
As Rete Donne delle Diaspore, we were invited to lead an artistic workshop open to the event participants: a creative and convivial experience that we called “The Colour of Dreams”.

The workshop was conceived, curated and led by Carla Andrea Tejo Haristoy, an artist born in Santiago, Chile, whose journey brings together education, visual arts and sculpture between Chile and Italy. After studying at the Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación and the Universidad Católica in Santiago, Carla continued her artistic training in Italy at the Accademia di Belle Arti “Pietro Vannucci” in Perugia, taking part over the years in workshops, group exhibitions and artistic projects.
During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to experience every stage of artistic creation using plaster: from preparing the mould and arranging natural elements to casting and final decoration.

Leaves, stones, bark and flowers became expressive tools, transformed into small personal artworks created using environmentally respectful materials and organic colours.
“The Colour of Dreams” was not only an artistic workshop, but also a space for listening, connection and shared imagination. In a welcoming and participatory atmosphere, women of different ages and backgrounds had the opportunity to meet through the universal language of art.

Supporting initiatives such as the Scuola di Lingua delle Donne means helping to build community, autonomy and opportunities for connection. For this reason, we are grateful to Arca di Noè for involving us in such a meaningful day.
We continue to believe that creativity, culture and participation are valuable tools for generating connections, fostering inclusion and inspiring new shared dreams.
