"Where the Future Grows”: Insights and New Ideas in Progress
On November 22, 2025, Rete Donne delle Diaspore took part in the presentation of the Three-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2028) by Fondazione Perugia, titled “Where the Future Grows.” The plan allocates approximately €10 million per year to support culture, research, and social inclusion across Umbria, with a particular focus on young people and the sustainable development of the territory.
Key focus areas include:
• Culture and Heritage: enhancing cultural heritage as a driver of growth
• Inclusive Communities: strengthening the social fabric through concrete projects
• Research and Healthcare: improving prevention and local services
• Focus on Youth: creating opportunities to address brain drain and support employment
The event took place at the Auditorium San Francesco al Prato, with the participation of local institutions and representatives from across the region.

Our reflections It was inspiring to see how projects can concretely support communities and young people. We were particularly encouraged by the possibility of contributing in the future with our own initiatives, bringing culture, creativity, and innovation to the Umbrian territory.
